(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held as required. (2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman. But in the absence of the chairman, the member-secretary can call the meeting of the committee in consultation with the members.
(3) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee, the member-secretary shall give notice to all the members along with the agenda to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to be reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the members selected from among themselves by the present members of the committee.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The committee may invite any employee, official or any other person of the Government of Nepal to participate as an observer in the meeting of the committee as required.
(8) The decision of the committee shall be verified by the member-secretary.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
